注意事项

在考虑IGBT和FWD结温(Tvj)为最大结温(Tvj max)或更小的情况下,这些应用示例中的数值为每个IGBT在下列条件下的参考值。这些值不能保证符合客户的特定目的和条件。

电路:三相二电平逆变器
PWM调制方式:正弦调制
外壳温度(Tc) = 100°C,开关频率(Fsw) = 5 kHz,
栅极电阻(RG) = 1到2倍的数据表上显示的值,输出频率(FO) = 5到50 Hz,
功率因数(PF) = 0.9,调制因数(m) = 1
