  1. 运营

    • If an officer or employee of any business partner for material supply (hereinafter collectively referred to as a “Notifier”) finds an actual or suspected violation of any law or regulation or inappropriate act in relation with Fuji Electric’s business, the Notifier may notify any of the following reporting contacts (the Notifier may notify without specifying its name or the name of its company). Please refrain from reporting any matter not related to the foregoing (such as malicious slander against any individual).
    • 如果通知律师的外部律师，则律师应将信息与商业伦理辅助热线的任何负责人交流。

    • We shall treat the Notifier’s personal information (such as its name and the name of the company which it belongs to) in a proper manner to the extent of the purpose of addressing the matter notified, and shall not disclose or provide such personal information to any person other than the unit in charge of handling the matter, etc., except when obtaining consent from the Notifier or for a good reason.
